我的姥姥，1936年出生于山东诸城，由于家境贫寒，子女众多，14岁被家人卖给东北抚顺一家经营小吃铺的人家当童养媳。当东北刚解放，个性倔强、胆大心细的姥姥，趁看管不备，偷偷跑到新政府寻求帮助，被政府人员成功解救。

      从此，年仅14岁的姥姥孤身一人在东北闯荡，找到了抚顺日报社下属印刷厂当学徒，姥姥凭借骨子里永不服输的性格，白天努力上班，晚上上夜校学文化，厂里的老师傅们称为“小地道”，经过她不懈的努力，后当选为车间主任。姥姥打小巾帼不让须眉，做人敢做担当，做事尽善尽美，后担任了抚顺日报社妇女主任，成为单位名副其实的“巾帼英雄”典型代表。姥姥出生贫寒，不惧强权，遭遇困境，从不落泪，通过自己努力，成功逆袭。她用她的精神和事迹，一直教育身边的人，遇到难以逾越的困境时，更要不惧艰险、努力奋斗，她坚信凤凰涅磐，浴火才能重生。

      姥姥一生精力都放在工作和学习上，在生活中对家人就少了些照顾，姥姥并不喜欢吃饺子，但她就喜欢包饺子给孩子们吃，她包的饺子个大精美、皮薄馅大、鲜香无比，其实只有家人才知道，姥姥因对家人的愧疚，用包饺子的方式来传递对家人的关爱。如今姥姥已经86岁高龄，但心态犹如长不大的小姑娘，有时忘了自己的年龄来问我，每次看她纳闷的表情，就知道她不愿接受自己年龄的事实，然后感叹一生还未为社会创造过更大的价值，还想着再做点什么。在2020年新冠疫情全球爆发，姥姥看到身边的店铺纷纷关闭，听到身边的人对未来工作、学习和生活都充满了迷茫，越来越多人出现焦虑。有一天，家人在一起包饺子，姥姥突然和我们说：“我们开一家饺子店吧，给不能回家的人传递温暖，送上家的味道！”她的想法，着实惊到家人，姥姥一直是全家人的精神支柱，她凤凰涅磐的一生，正是不惧艰难、胆大心细、努力奋斗，才改变了自己和家庭的命运，还帮助了无数的家庭。经过全家人讨论后，一致决定，齐心合力帮姥姥完成这个夙愿。

      2021年2月，取名”十分饺子“外卖店在万锦朗豪坊正式开业，”十分饺子“寓意将最好的饺子给您，采用真材实料、高汤调制，用心做好饺子，姥姥不为饺子卖的多少，她只希望能用她的精神和爱心，传递给更多的人，让其感受到家的温暖。

Grandma's dumplings and grandma's story

     Grandma was traded as a child bride when she was 14 yrs old. Grandma sneaked out to seek help from the newly found government，and successfully got herself a freedom. With the personality that never back off from any obstacles in front of her, grandma accepted an entry-level job offer from Fushun Daily. Since then, She worked at day time and studied after work to midnight. Eventually, She was promoted to be a female beneficial officer in Fushun daily. She believes and represents the attitude that "women can do". 

     Grandma was born in a Poor family, but she never surrender. She established a happy family with 2 kids. We all deeply admire and inherit her spirits. 

     Covid-19 was spreaded all over the world, and people around fell in a big depression. Someday, grandma suddenly told us that she wanted to have her own dumplings shop to offer handmade authentic dumplings, just like at home. By then, she was 86 years old. We all decided to support her idea.

In February, 2021, Perfect Dumplings opened the first takeout food store, we use fresh ingredients, high quality broth and unique recipes with care to make dumplings. Grandma said she doesn't count on how much dumplings to be sold, but she wants to transfer her spirits and love to all enjoyed our dumplings and let them feel the support and warmth  from the family.
